Ex-investment banker transitioning to owner-operator
I founded Page Capital to pursue full-time owner-operator leadership after ten years in investment banking and corporate development.
Throughout my career, I have evaluated acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives across multiple industries. My experience includes financial due diligence, valuation, operational analysis, and presenting investment recommendations to executive leadership and boards of directors.
Most recently, I served as Manager of Corporate Development at Compass Surgical Partners, where I evaluated acquisitions and de novo developments of ambulatory surgery centers. The role required balancing financial analysis with operational considerations for long-term profitability.
Previously, I led acquisition processes at Ryder System from sourcing and evaluation through diligence and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams of more than 200 professionals while working closely with executive leadership.
I began my career in investment banking at DNB Markets, advising clients on M&A, debt and equity financings, and complex capital structures across the maritime services, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Across every role, I have been driven by understanding what makes businesses successful—not only financially, but operationally. Page Capital represents the next chapter in that journey: transitioning from advising on acquisitions to owning and building a business for the long term.
I hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Business from Wake Forest University. I grew up in New Jersey and now live in Philadelphia, where I am conducting my acquisition search full time.
